Eugénie Joseph is a doctoral student in management, specialised in Human Resources Management. She first studied Occupational Psychology, which led her to obtain the title of Psychologist and a Master's degree in cooperative work and network work at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and in co-habilitation with the Ecole Centrale de Lyon. In 2018, she joined TSM to pursue her thesis project in co-direction with Sandrine Caroly (PACTE, Université Grenoble-Alpes) as part of the FairHealth project coordinated by Caroline Manville (TSM Reasearch). Her work focuses on the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and the development of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the context of work collectives.
