Dirk STEINER is a professeur of the social psychology of work and organizations and the director of the Clinical, Cognitive and Social Anthropology and Psychology Laboratory (EA 7278) at Côte d’Azur University in Nice, France. His research is principally concerned with various applications of organizational justice, notably in personnel selection and workplace health. He also studies different types of work place discrimination, related to age or concerning obstacles women face in obtaining leadership positions in organizations. His work has been published in such academic journals as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Human Relations, International Review of Social Psychology, as well as in edited books.
